Mukbi CRM and services

Mukbi CRM and related services are intended to help businesses manage customer relationships, conversations, and related business workflows. Access to Mukbi CRM may be subject to account requirements, product-specific terms, and any separate agreement between Mukbi and a customer.

Features, functionality, availability, and service configurations may change over time as our products are developed, maintained, and improved.

WhatsApp connection and third-party platforms

Mukbi CRM may allow a business to connect its WhatsApp Business account to Mukbi using functionality provided through the WhatsApp Business Platform and related Meta services. By initiating such a connection, you authorize Mukbi to use the permissions and business resources made available through the applicable authorization and onboarding process for the purpose of providing the requested WhatsApp CRM functionality.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary authority to connect the WhatsApp Business account and business resources that you use with Mukbi.

Mukbi may receive and process WhatsApp-related information made available through the WhatsApp Business Platform for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy.

You may disconnect your WhatsApp Business account from Mukbi at any time through the applicable functionality provided by the service. Disconnecting WhatsApp stops the associated WhatsApp connection and Mukbi's receipt of new WhatsApp information through that connection. The handling and deletion of information already processed by Mukbi are governed by our Data Retention Policy, applicable customer arrangements, and applicable law.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information where requested
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and access information
• Ensuring that your use of our services complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Obtaining any necessary permissions, notices, or consents for information you submit or process through our services
• Ensuring that information you submit or process through Mukbi CRM may lawfully be processed for the purposes for which you use the service
• Ensuring that you have the necessary authority to connect and manage any third-party business accounts or services that you use with Mukbi

Acceptable use

You may not use our website or services to engage in unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringing activity. You may not use our services to send communications or process information in violation of applicable law or the requirements of third-party platforms used with our services.

We may investigate suspected misuse and take appropriate action, including restricting, suspending, or terminating access where reasonably necessary to protect Mukbi, users, third parties, or the integrity of our services.

Intellectual property

The Mukbi Holdings website, Mukbi CRM, branding, software, content, designs, graphics, and related materials are owned by Mukbi or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission or other applicable legal authorization.

Third-party services

Our services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms and services, including WhatsApp and the WhatsApp Business Platform, which are services of Meta / WhatsApp.

Your use of third-party platforms is subject to the applicable terms, policies, and requirements of those providers. Mukbi does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their independent availability, policies, or operations.

Mukbi is not WhatsApp or Meta and does not represent itself as WhatsApp, Meta, or an affiliated entity unless expressly stated.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee that our website or services will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of our website or services, including features that are under development. Where appropriate, changes may be communicated through the service or other reasonable means.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Mukbi does not make warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or fitness of the website or services for a particular purpose, except where such warranties cannot lawfully be excluded.
